This website is operated by The Carriage Co, LLC, a Utah domestic limited liability company (Utah entity number 14718680-0160), with its principal office at 11733 S Outfitter Way, South Jordan, UT 84009.

Orders

Direct models start at $5,000 with standard freight included; tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address. Production typically takes 8-12 weeks after payment clears and you accept the final order. Freight transit comes after. This is a range, not a delivery date.

Built-to-order final sale

Because each machine is built to order, orders are final and payments are non-refundable after production begins, except where required by applicable law.

Freight

Standard freight to the destination is included. The final order states the delivery handoff. Inside placement and white-glove setup are included only when named in the final order.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Tax-exempt buyers should email [email protected] before payment.

Governing law

These terms and any purchase are governed by Utah law. The accepted order, invoice, purchase agreement, and limited commercial warranty control the specific sale.
