Orders

Direct reformer models start at $5,000 with standard freight included; tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address. Production typically takes 8-12 weeks after payment clears and you accept the final order. Freight transit comes after. This is a range, not a delivery date.

Custom merchandise

Custom Studio Grip Socks are sold in published pack sizes with standard US shipping included and destination-based sales tax added at checkout. One digital design proof and up to two revision rounds are included. The proof/order record confirms the final construction, available colors, artwork placement, sizing mix, packaging, production range, and delivery estimate before production begins.

Custom sock orders are made to the buyer's specification and are final sale. They cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged except where required by law.

Built-to-order final sale

After the buyer accepts the written order record, a built-to-order machine order cannot be canceled and payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Freight

Standard freight to the destination is included. The final order states the delivery handoff. Inside placement and white-glove setup are included only when named in the final order.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Tax-exempt buyers should email hello@shopcarriageco.com before payment.

Governing law

These terms and any purchase are governed by Utah law. The accepted order, invoice, purchase agreement, and limited commercial warranty control the specific sale.
