Carriage X is a $5,500 commercial reformer from The Carriage Co., sold direct with standard freight included. Its dimensions have not been published yet. Typical built-to-order production is an 8–12 week range. The limited warranty is 10 years on the frame and welds, 2 years on moving parts, and 1 year on springs, ropes/cables, straps, upholstery, and finish, parts-only unless the order says otherwise.

Which Carriage X specifications are available?

A product photo and the spring set are available now. The resistance system is 8 springs: 2 × 5 lb, 2 × 11 lb, 2 × 26 lb, and 2 × 88 lb. Dimensions, weight, load rating, wheel count, bearing grade, and other component specifications have not been published yet.

Can I use my own lender?

Yes. You can use your own bank or lender. The Carriage Co, LLC provides the invoice, accepts lender payment, and handles the order.

Warranty, production & delivery for Carriage X

The limited commercial warranty covers the original purchaser from the recorded delivery date and is parts-only unless the order says otherwise.

What is not covered

Typical production: Production typically takes 8–12 weeks; freight transit comes after. This is an estimate, not a promised delivery date.
Freight: The machine price includes standard freight to the destination. Inside placement and white-glove setup are separate unless added to your order.
At delivery: Note visible damage on the delivery receipt at delivery. Freight-damage and shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
