How much does a commercial Pilates reformer cost for a hotel?
Carriage One costs $5,500 and Carriage One S costs $5,000, with standard freight included. Destination-based sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Can a hotel finance or lease the reformers?
Yes. Fund the order through your own bank or equipment-finance company. The Carriage Co. is the equipment vendor of record: it issues the invoice, receives payment on the lender's approved schedule, coordinates delivery, and administers the warranty.
Which Pilates reformer fits a smaller hotel gym?
Carriage One S has the shorter footprint: 9 ft 2 in × 2 ft 2 in. Carriage One measures 128 × 26 inches. Check working clearance and the delivery route in addition to the machine footprint.
Does the price include delivery?
The $5,500 price includes standard freight. The order states the carrier handoff and unloading responsibility. Inside placement and white-glove setup are separate unless added to the order.
Is there an annual equipment license?
No. The Carriage Co. does not charge an annual equipment license.
How long does an order take?
Production typically takes 8–12 weeks. Freight transit comes after.
What warranty comes with the machine?
The limited commercial warranty is 10 years for the frame and welds, 2 years for moving parts and mechanisms, and 1 year for springs, ropes or cables, straps, upholstery, and finish. Coverage is parts-only unless the order says otherwise.
